The dampener is manufactured from durable vinyl and features heavy-duty storage pockets, and a reflective band. It folds up for easy storage and can been worn as a safety vest. Fits all winch cables and recovery straps up to 3” wide. Simply place the dampener on your recovery line and add weight to the pockets to help absorb energy, and reduce the whip of a failed winch cable.
